Replace them. I know they can be expensive but put in a new set first. Then if you have a place with a media blaster, you know the kind with a cabinet and two gloves. Blast them. Other than that, hang the tip in diesel for a day or two then go over them with a copper wire brush. Then take 1000 grit emery cloth or sandpaper. Go over the electrode and you should be good???

But I would just replace them if they are that fouled, then clean them and keep one or two in the bike???

Harbor Freight has a pneumatic spark plug cleaner. I fouled tons of plugs on my WR426 and this thing was a life saver. It's under $10.
