can't get the marker to stay on map?

I tried three times to put my marker on the map and each time it won't allow it due to not filling out all fields. I don't know the URL and don't have any additional text. Can someone help? Wardie

It did that the first time i tried. In additional text just put "Wardie's house" or whatever the hell u wanna call it. It should go thru then, thats all i had to do.
