hello all. i am a cali kid moved off to england in the military. miss the great roads of the sunshine state and having a hard time with this english weather. not being able to ride half the year realy sucks........... aj

you ought to try living here all the time. My bike gets put away for the winter then doesn't come out till the following summer. :(

not the best of places to be in, BUT ... you just have to pick your days well, and take any oppatunarty you can !

... still at least there's no excuse for wearing leathers ...!!! it keeps you warm !

I've been to Bath before (in January 1999)!! Super nice place. Full of character and history!

There is this one restaurant near to the waterway (near the old stone bridge in the main town) that serves excellent food. It's kind of located by itself if I seem to remember correctly. It's a middle eastern restaurant that served the best Shawarma I ever had before. Do you know the one I am talking about Blade?

the stone bridge is Puntny bridge and the restrant is the Rajpoot .... http://www.rajpoot.com/ ..... for some memories .! :)

got awards there for there food .... and one for best in the country ! ( but have no idea what .. :) .... ended up having my 25th there. i was in 70's dress ..and they were not happy ...!!! ... which was more fun ..!
