954/929 Exhaust Query
 

Do any of you know if the 954 OEM exhaust can bolt onto an OEM 929 collector?

I believe it does.

You are talking about the three bolts were the silencer attaches to the mid pipe.....right?

Yes sir indeed, where the three bolts attach the silencer. Thanks for the info. I just love the brushed look of the 954 can. I just hope the hanger fits with no wierd modifications.

I can also confirm that it will fit as I have a 954 and a mate of mine used to have a 929 with a yoshi that I tried on my bike one day, the only difference being that the 954 has 3 studs protruding from the end can with nuts to secure it to the flange whereas the 929 used 3 bolts that screw into the endcan, although this causes no problems when bolting either of them up!
