    Default Cut OEM Exhaust Can?

Wondering if anyone has ever modified the OEM exhaust can? I have a spare trashed can and was thinking messing around with it. Any thoughts?

Niked it. Great use of the word and phrase Nike. I cut the tip off about 3 inches then took bout afoot off the can was going to get the tip welded back on but wondered what might happen if I left the three inner pipes exposed. I didn't cut any baffles out. Will post pics when I get home.

Here are some pics. Was wondering since I had not removed any of the baffles if I can run the exhaust with the open end, no tip installed?
