Just finished a trip to the Little Dragon. This stretch of Hwy 49 must be the best maintained road in California. A bit dirty in a handful of corners, but nothing to cry about. It must be to hot for most as I only saw one other rider in the canyon.

Took ol' yeller out today. can't believe I bought this beauty 15 years ago. Still crazy after all these years.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

Finished the factory apk mod. Holy $#%&, what a change still need to install the timing advancer. But no rush. I did a before video for audio and plan to do a post video it sounds way different even the exhaust note is deeper. Revs faster and you can hear the carbs breathing. I did not make any instructional video for the carb jetting because I ran into to many problems. But I used 138 mains and used the needles from the kit using all the recommended settings. I would from this experience use the factory apk kit because everything needed is there. If anyone wants help shoot me a message. Unless you are pretty good with carb work I would recommend having a shop install only because of the issues I ran into.

It's time to pull this thread out of moth balls, well at least for us in the northern hemisphere guys.

Well lets see haven't done anything in the last few day as the girl is getting K-Tech front fork cartridges and an Ohlins rear shock
    When life hands you lemons . . . cut'em up . . . put'em in a Corona . . . and drink. Problem solved !! Hidden Content
