Default fuel injected nos drag bike

hey i have a nos kit for my cbr929rr and i do drag race every week its all stock motor. only mods are front straps, d&d slip on, geared and extended. im 215 pounds, but anyways i want to install the nos on my bike and am wondering if anyone on here has run nos and if you had to retard the timing at all and how far you adjusted it. i was thinking 2 degrees to start with and see how it runs. im starting with a 25 shot and working up to an 80 shot, i know to run colder plugs and all that and i dont have a power commander yet but but i will be getting it soon and not running nos til the power commander is in and custom mapped. so if you guys could give me some advice that would be awesome.

Snow i don't have a nos kit nor have I used one, but from what i've seen done and read, it's a good idea to not attemp to increase your hp output by more than 25% over stock without tearing into the motor and changing parts.
Just my .02, take it for what it's worth.

if you've got the money you can push the limits all you want. I say throw in 100 shot and give er hell one time.
Honestly, i'm not sure what needs to be done with the timing to run N2O without hurting the motor. I think with a good quality race fuel (oxygenated) you can get away with running nitrous at a higher shot than normal. Personally, i'd draw the line at 40
