    Default charging problem diagnosis?

    my 2007 1000rr is having some charging issues....im mechanically inclined and was just wondering if you guys could give me a head start as to where to start on diagnosis for when I get out of work

    a friend told me the stator is a common issue with these but who knows if his b.s is ever true

    I was thinking the stator maybe. Any luck finding what it was ?
