1992 CBR900RR suspension
Hello RR owners . Recently purchased a 92 900 , good overall condition , but its 25 years old so lots of little problems !
I want to get the suspension sorted a little better as the roads here are crap .
Front suspension pre load adjusters are seized . Just corrosion between the 2 Aluminium pieces I imagine . Previous owner had tried heat to get things moving to no avail . If I remove the top of the fork , will I be dragging out the whole mechanism ?? Will I need to undo the bolt in the very bottom of the leg to get the whole lot out ? And any advice on how to get these pieces moving again ? Soak in penetrating oil for a few days ?
Thanks for any advice .
